Ready To Wear
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us in their original condition with the original till receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or credit note/gift voucher for the value equal to the price paid by you for the goods returned.
We do not accept returns of goods that have been worn, altered, are custom made, limited edition items, large quantity orders, underwear, nightwear, swimwear, hosiery, pierced jewellery, toiletries, cosmetics, fragrances or scarves.
Sale items or special purchases bought in Sale or Sale Preview events may only be returned for an exchange or credit note/gift voucher if returned in their original condition with the original till receipt, during the same Sale or Sale Preview period or within 14 days of purchase (whichever is earlier). Credit notes/gift vouchers must be redeemed in-store by the end of that sale period.
Where a complimentary gift has been issued with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights to claim a refund, replacement repair, and/or compensation where the goods are faulty. Refunds for the faulty goods will be made against the original form of tender.
Custom Made (Bespoke | Made To Measure) Garments
1. The Order
An order for garments (“Order”) is confirmed only once full payment has been received by AI. Spirit Limited (“AI. Spirit”).
All garments are made-to-measure and produced to the Client’s specifications, including (but not limited to) style, fabric, measurements, and design selections provided by the Client.
The Client is responsible for ensuring all details in the Order are accurate and complete at the time of confirmation.
Once an Order is confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded, except at the sole discretion of AI. Spirit.
2. The Price and Payment
The price of garments is determined at the time the Order is placed, based on materials, design specifications, and the AI. Spirit price list.
Full payment is required in advance before production begins.
AI. Spirit reserves the right to amend its pricing at any time; however, confirmed Orders will not be affected.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be quoted separately upon request.
3. Delivery
All garments are custom-made and produced through a staged process, which may include fabric sourcing, bespoke textile production, and multiple stages of tailoring.
Any delivery or completion dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Client acknowledges that production timelines may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:
- fabric availability or bespoke fabric manufacturing
- complexity of design
- workshop capacity
- supplier or production delays
AI. Spirit shall not be liable for any delay arising from these factors or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
A final fitting at AI. Spirit’s premises is required before garments are completed and released. Any request by the Client to waive this fitting and proceed with delivery shall be at the Client’s sole risk.
Garments will not be delivered, collected, or released until:
- production is complete; and
- full payment has been received.
The Client agrees that delays inherent to bespoke production do not constitute failure to deliver or breach of contract.
4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of all garments, Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has commenced.
Where an Order is already in progress or partially completed, no refund shall be issued.
Any exception to this policy is entirely at the discretion of AI. Spirit.
5. Quality Guarantee
AI. Spirit will produce garments in accordance with the specifications agreed in the Order.
All garments undergo quality control prior to completion. If a garment does not fit as reasonably expected or a fault is identified, the Client must notify AI. Spirit promptly.
Where AI. Spirit is responsible for any issue, reasonable alterations will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe.
6. General
Nothing in these Terms shall affect the Client’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
All intellectual property arising from the design and production of garments remains the property of AI. Spirit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
