SHIPPING INFORMATION

In-Store Collection

Order will be ready after 2 working hours to be collected. Our store is open Monday to Saturday between 10 - 6pm.  Please contact us ahead of your visit by emailing store@ozwaldboateng.co.uk

All shipments

Once your order is placed, you will receive a dispatch notification via email that your parcel is on the way with tracking details.

Import Duty

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. Ozwald Boateng cannot be held liable for delays in customs clearance.
