In-Store Collection

Order will be ready after 2 working hours to be collected. Our store is open Monday to Saturday between 10 - 6pm. * Due to COVID-19 the shop is open by appointment only. Please contact us ahead of your visit by emailing store@ozwaldboateng.co.uk

All shipments

Once your order is placed, you will receive a dispatch notification via email that your parcel is on the way with tracking details.


Import Duty

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. Ozwald Boateng cannot be held liable for delays in customs clearance.


 

ONLINE ORDERS RETURNS POLICY


Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods may be returned for a refund. Please let us know your intention of returns/exchanges within seven days of receiving your order.  Please return item(s) in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you return the goods to us in their original packaging. The goods are second hand without the packaging and we will not be able to exchange.

We do not accept returns of goods that have been worn, altered, are custom made, limited edition items, large quantity orders, underwear, nightwear, swimwear, hosiery, pierced jewellery, toiletries, cosmetics, fragrances or scarves.

Sale items or special purchases bought in Sale or Sale Preview events may only be returned for an exchange or credit note/gift voucher if returned in their original condition with the original till receipt, during the same Sale or Sale Preview period or within 14 days of purchase (whichever is earlier). Credit notes/gift vouchers must be redeemed in-store by the end of that sale period.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender. For international customers, please send your return via an insured, traceable method using your normal postal service and mark your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at customs. Please retain your shipping documentation.

Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

All returns should be sent to: Ozwald Boateng E-commerce, 30 Savile Row London W1S 3PT. You are also welcome to return items to our Savile Row shop where we can help you personally. However, the refund will be through our online customer care team.
