Delivery Time and Pricing: 

UK Standard (3 - 5 Working Days)


UK Express Next Day Delivery (If the order is placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday its qualifies for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm or between Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched on the following working day).


EU & Eastern Europe (3 – 5 Working Days)


USA & Canada (3 – 5 Working Days)


Asia & Middle East (3 – 5 Working Days)


Rest of the World (5 – 7 Working Days)


All shipments are made via UPS. Once your order is placed, you will receive a dispatch notification via email that your parcel is on the way with tracking details.


Custom Charges:

Ozwald Boateng is not responsible for custom charges which may apply outside of the European Union. If customer charges are required, the receiver will be notified by the courier and must make payment to the appropriate authority before receiving their order.


How are my payments processed?

At checkout you will be presented with two payment options, Stripe or PayPal. Stripe is a secure payment gateway which accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. Using PayPal requires you to have a PayPal account (you can create one at checkout) where you will be able to pay with a Debit or Credit card.


What is the difference between RTW, MTO, MTM and Bespoke?

 RTW (Ready-to-Wear) means a product is available and ready immediately.

MTO (Made-to-Order) means a product is made once the order is placed. We offer this service for our shirts as it allows you to personalise your shirt. Click here for more information on MTO shirts service.

MTM (Made-to-Measure) is when we compare your personal measurements and your standard size, then make the necessary alterations to create a good fit.

Bespoke is a traditional method of tailoring where a garment is made completely from scratch, there are more fittings involved and a lot of the techniques are finished by hand.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before you receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. To do this please email with your order number and reason for cancelling. If the order has been dispatched, we kindly ask you return it back to us in the same condition received. Once received we will check the order and process a refund to the account holder of the payee. Please note we refund on the total of the order, not postage back to us.

What is the Returns & Exchanges policy? 

Returns - If you are unhappy with an order placed online, please return it back to us. We will review the item(s) to make sure it is unused and in the same condition as it was sent out. Once satisfied we will issue a full refund, minus the cost of postage to ship back to us. If we notice signs of use and wear, we will not be able to issue a refund unless signs of a faulty item. 

Exchanges – To make an exchange please return the previous order back to us in the same condition received, and unused. Please email us to let us know what you would like to exchange this item to, upon availability, an exchange will be made. If there is a price difference, we will refund or charge the appropriate amount.

What is the process of getting an Ozwald Boateng suit?

Ready-to-Wear – Ozwald Boateng offers an exclusive range of ready-to-wear suits available in store. We also have an in store alterations team to create the perfect fit.

How long will it take to get my suit? 

We work on a lead time of 8 weeks from when your suit order is placed. Fitting dates will be discussed in your consultation.

How long will it take to get my shirt?

Whether using our Made-to-Order service online or having a Made-to-Measure shirt made personally to your size, we recommend 21 days from when the order is placed.
